This Site is owned and administered by the Company SQUARE MANAGEMENT S.R.L. Romanian legal entity with headquarters in Bucharest, Strada Gheorghieni, no. 19-25, et. 3, ap 13, sector 5 registered at the Bucharest Trade Registry under no. J40/11766/2015, unique registration code RO35053601 (hereinafter referred to as "Square Management”).

We reserve the right at any time, without prior notice (i) to interrupt the operation of this Site or to make any changes we deem necessary, respectively (ii) to modify or supplement, in whole or in part, these Terms and Conditions.

Therefore, we ask that whenever you visit this Site, you review these Terms and Conditions and take note of any changes or additions that may have been made since your last visit.

If you do not comply with these Terms and Conditions and we do not take immediate action, this does not mean that we are waiving any rights we have (for example, the right to take action in the future).

If certain terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable or invalid, this will not affect the rest of the Terms and Conditions.

General rules of use

When using this Site, you must not:

• undertake actions that may lead to the encouragement, determination, assistance or conduct of any activity of a criminal, fraudulent nature or prohibited by applicable law;
• use this Site for speculative purposes, to create databases or manuals (by downloading the Site content page by page) or for any purpose other than personal use;
• use the content of the Site other than to find out information about us, the content provided, and for any other purpose arising implicitly from the content of the Site;
• advertise or promote our own or third party products or services, including by distributing unsolicited commercial communications;
• transfer or upload illegal, defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, racist content, files containing computer viruses, computer trojans and/or engage in any other activity harmful to this Site, the company that owns it and/or its suppliers (e.g. hosting service providers);
• violating the confidentiality of another natural person in any way, including by sending their personal data;
• modify in any way the source code of the Site or other technologies or applications integrated into the Site;
• access or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user accounts linked or associated with this Site or penetrate or attempt to penetrate the security measures of this Site; or

The site includes data and information presented in the form of texts, documents, illustrations, pictures, videos, databases, logos, etc., and is entirely the property of Square Management. Any use of the content (in whole or in part) is subject to the following conditions:

• if, according to the law, our consent is not necessary, the provisions of art. 35 of Law no. 8/1996 regarding copyright and any other incidental legal provisions;
• use to take place only for purely personal (domestic) purposes permitted by law, exploitation for commercial purposes, of any nature, being prohibited unless previously authorized by Square Management;
• the articles, details, documents, illustrations, brands and/or any other content elements of the Site are not modified in any way; and
• the use to take place without taking out of context any aspects found on this Site (eg illustrations obtained from this Site to be used only in conjunction with the accompanying text, etc.)

All trademarks on this Site are the property of Square Management and/or its partners, unless otherwise expressly noted or may otherwise be charged with third-party rights.

Orice utilizare neautorizată, incluzând, dar fără a se limita la, copierea, reproducerea, folosirea, transmiterea, vânzarea, licențierea, distribuirea sau comercializarea sub orice forma, fără a avea în prealabil acordul scris al Square Management, a conținutului acestui Site, a mărcilor comerciale de pe acesta sau a codurile de programare ale elementelor acestui Site, în alte scopuri decât pentru uz personal, este interzisă în mod expres și poate constitui o încălcare a drepturilor de autor, a legii mărcilor sau a altor drepturi de proprietate industrială sau intelectuală. 

Content Moderation

Given that Square Management does not allow its users to publish media content (texts, documents, illustrations, photos, videos, etc.) on the Site, and all content displayed on the Site is the property of Square Management (being published exclusively by Square Management), we do not implement procedures, policies or other rules for content moderation.

However, if you believe that the texts, images or other content of the Square Management website infringes your rights or is illegal, you can send us a request in this regard to the contact address provided in the - Contact section, indicating the content that will infringe your rights, or content that you consider to be illegal, and any other reasons, grounds or evidence that you consider relevant. 

Limitation of liability

By accessing the Site, you agree to use it at your own risk. Square Management is not responsible for any direct and / or indirect incident and / or any other losses, costs and / or expenses of any nature that may arise as a result of accessing and / or browsing the Site and / or through data downloads ( text, images, video or audio). Also, Square Management is not responsible for any damage caused by viruses, bugs, human actions and/or any computer system failure and/or any other errors, malfunctions and/or communication delays in device transmissions.

All information and materials contained on this Site are provided free of charge without warranty or obligation of any kind. Under no circumstances will Square Management be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, errors, malfunctions, delays in operation or transmission or any non-performance of the Site. Users access the Site at their own risk.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days of its occurrence will be referred to the competent courts at Square Management's headquarters for resolution.
